LUNCHEON REGISTRATION
The deadline for registrations is May 15, 2012.
Individual reservations are $55 each, $60 at the door (see below)
CREDIT CARD (Visa & Mastercard only) purchases can be made by:

CASH purchases can only be made in person at our office
or at the registration tables the day of the event.

Registration Types
Individual Reservation: $55 in advance or $60 at the door
Sponsor Reservation: $100
Sponsor Table for 10: $1,500
Advocate Table for 10: $2,500
Benefactor Table for 10: $5,000
The amount paid per reservation above $27 is tax-deductible.
